Mailbag: Printed T-Shirts and Rock Concerts

Juice asks if printed t-shirts aren't appropriate for rock concerts too. Answer: It's not that they aren't, it's just that there are better choices. In a variation of the "dress for the job you want" principle, it's better to look like an off-duty rock star than an on-duty fan. Try some unbranded, age- and temperature-appropriate assembly of black and neutrals. If you spend more than 2 minutes thinking about it you aren't doing it right.
