Lands' End Canvas

One of our favourite purveyors of the boring but well-made staple is rolling out Lands' End Canvas in hopes of reaching a younger crowd (and younger by LE standards means "not yet receiving AARP Magazine"). They're quite clearly going after J.Crew, from the battered and worn shirts right down to the disheveled, mugging models. Most of it's not all that interesting, but we welcome the slimmer fits and (finally) polos with self-collars. Quality should be high, and prices are always good at LE, so we'll stay tuned.
